No. On Nomador, all pet sittings are free, whatever your subscription. The subscription gives you access to the matchmaking and stay-planning features. It does not cover a paid pet care service. Sittings are based on a free service exchange between Hosts and Sitters.
It all depends on what you're looking for — and how you want to use the platform. If you're just starting out or want to explore at your own pace, the Discovery plan is perfect for your first steps: publish a listing, apply to your first stays, refine your profile… The Standard and Premium plans are for members who want to travel more often, receive support, or benefit from additional guarantees (cancellation, profile boosting, priority access to listings…). And of course, you can upgrade to a higher plan at any time, depending on your needs.
No. The Cancellation Cover and the Home Protection are only available with the Standard and Premium subscriptions.
Yes. You can turn off automatic renewal whenever you like from the “My subscription” tab in your account. Your subscription will remain active until its expiry date and will then be cancelled, with no additional fees. However, an ongoing subscription cannot be ended before its term, nor refunded on a pro rata basis for the remaining time.
Yes, of course! You can upgrade to a higher plan at any time, in just a few clicks from your subscriber area. It is not possible to downgrade to a lower plan, but you are free to grow your subscription according to your needs.
No. Throughout the duration of your subscription, you can carry out as many sittings as you wish (as a Sitter) or publish as many stays as needed (as a Host). There is no limit.
Nomador is not an instant booking platform: here, it's human connections that make the difference. A few conversations can be helpful to find the person or the stay that truly matches you.
But you will never be alone: you can contact as many members as you wish, create alerts to be notified of new stays, enrich your profile… and if needed, our team is always there to support you. Many members quickly find what they're looking for, others take a little more time. But very often, once the first stay has taken place, trust sets in and things become easier!
