Our cats Sammy, Vito and Ellie are easy maintanance. They love to play and cuddle but if left alone they will amuse themselves. They have to be fed twice daily and their three litter boxes have to be cleaned twice a day,too but not at special times. They are indoor cats with access to the balcony. Sammy, our old red tomcat, has suffered at the hands of young children before he came to our place, so kids under the age of 8 are too stressful for him.

We live in a bustling urban area with a lot of shops, cafés, markets, restaurants as well as museums, theatres and parks in walking distance. You can also easily get on the bus to get to the lake or downtown, too. We offer bikes for your convenience.

The house is in a quiet residential street with a surprisingly green and quiet garden out back which you are free to use (as long as you respect the other resident's space) and also a spacious balcony. We have amdishwasher, washing machine and very good Wi-Fi.

The flat is spacious with high ceilings. There is a master bedroom, another bedroom, a living room and a big kitchen and bathroom. The flat has been renovated in 2009.

We are looking for a house sitter in the summer when we are off visiting friends in the US. We expect you to care for them as well as to keep the place clean. Apart from that you can enjoy your holiday!

Trotz der innerstädtischen Lage ist das Haus durch seine Lage in einer kleinen Straße recht ruhig, vor allem nach hinten zum Hinterhof/Garten raus. Dort hört man so gut wie keinen Verkehrslärm und nur selten die Nachbarn. Der Ortsteil Rüttenscheid ist ein belebtes Viertel mit Kneipen und kleinen Geschäften - alles ist fußläufig zu erreichen. Es gibt einen tollen Wochenmarkt mittwochs und samstags nur 5 min entfernt.
